Hawaii - Oahu - Real Estate Update
Oahu Median sales price for a single family home for October $620,000. Up from September 2005's $615,000 and up from the October 2004 median of $485,000.

Condos went to $290,000 median price. This compares to September's $287,000 and up from the October 2004's $218,000.
